JIRA ticket: LIMS-1975

Summary:

The 'View Upstream' button on downstream processing pipelines doesn't work for the Ligand Fit pipeline.

Changes:

  • Add the parent autoprocprogramid to the data returned from the backend, in the same way as other pipelines

To test:

  • Go to a data collection with a successful Ligand Fit run, eg /dc/visit/nt40663-6/id/20574132
  • Click the Downstream Processing bar, and select the Ligand Fit tab
  • Check each ligand fit result mentions it's immediate parent (another downstream job), and the upstream job which triggered it's parent in brackets, eg "LigandFit triggered by DIMPLE (xia2.multiplex)"
  • Click the 'View Upstream' button, check the Automatic Processing bar opens, and the correct upstream job is selected.
