Previously, failures during migrations were only logged, but application startup was not aborted. This could possibly lead to users never knowing whether migrations failed. Signed-off-by: nscuro <[email protected]>

Prevents application startup when migrations fail.
Previously, failures during migrations were only logged, but application startup was not aborted. This could possibly lead to users never knowing whether migrations failed.
