Describe the bug
When creating new location it is possible to enter for ex. 0.0.0.0/24 as Gateway IP address, which is incorrect.

Creating new location with 0.0.0.0/24 as gateway IP, and then trying to edit it will result in error which is not shown during first configuration.

^^ I just tried to edit this location, made no changes and pressed "Save changes"
