To add new SKU Mellanox-SN4700-O8V48 with following requirements:
Port Mapping
Number of Uplinks / Downlinks:
T0 topology: 48x200G Downlinks 8x400G uplinks.
Length of downlink: 5m
Length of uplink: 40m
