Sorry for jumping in here,I saw there was a new dd-trace-go release and went to check if there was also a new release of orchestrion, but apparently not.

I'm commenting here, since in a previous version of orchestrion the a release needed some manual changes, see #780 (comment)
Can it be the same issue? Or will the release come a bit later?
