Sorry for jumping in here,I saw there was a new dd-trace-go release and went to check if there was also a new release of orchestrion, but apparently not.

I'm commenting here, since in the previous version of orchestrion the a release did not occur for quite sometime, until I actually pointed out, see #765 (comment)
Can it be the same issue? Or will the release come a bit later?

@gonmmarques This time it should have triggered, because it depends on the contents of internal/version/version.go. This PR updates it, but I see the action to have skipped it. We'll check it.

@gonmmarques Done. The action didn't skip it, the release draft was created. It just needed to be manually promoted as release.
