Package 0.6.0 release for Ruby#59

Conversation
I'm following the instructions in <ruby/README.md> on how to package newer versions of libddprof for release. I haven't actually been pushing every release to rubygems.org, since the PR on the Ruby side that will pull it in is still unmerged (<DataDog/dd-trace-rb#1936>) and thus there's no need to litter up the releases list. Nevertheless, I like being ready to release, so I decided to bump this version anyway.

What does this PR do?
Update the Ruby packaging script to package and release 0.6.0 on rubygems.org .
Motivation
I haven't actually been pushing every release to rubygems.org, since the PR on the Ruby side that will pull it in is still unmerged (DataDog/dd-trace-rb#1936) and thus there's no need to litter up the releases list.
Nevertheless, I like being ready to release, so I decided to bump this version anyway.
Additional Notes
I'm following the instructions in <ruby/README.md> on how to package newer versions of libddprof for release.
How to test the change?
Validate that the new hashes match those in https://github.com/DataDog/libddprof/releases/tag/v0.6.0 .
It's possible to dry-run a release by running
docker-compose run push_to_rubygemsand seeing that the packages get created locally without issue. There won't actually be a release until someone inputs the correct credentials, so it's a safe experiment.
