…ot yet compatible with Ruby 4" **What does this PR do?** This reverts #33363 by reverting commit d584cb7. **Motivation:** As of [dd-trace-rb v2.29.0](https://github.com/DataDog/dd-trace-rb/releases/tag/v2.29.0) heap profiling is supported for Ruby 4 so we can remove the caveat from the documentation. **Additional Notes:** N/A **How to test the change?** N/A

This reverts #33363 by reverting commit d584cb7.
As of dd-trace-rb v2.29.0 heap profiling is supported for Ruby 4 so we can remove the caveat from the documentation.
