What does this PR do?
I noticed that some edit for Logs and Tracing documentation were done in Android SDK repo since these docs were actually moved to this repo.
Android SDK repo should have these files removed, so I moved these edit commit-by-commit here (you can check commit history here).
Also I noticed that some docs still reference the docs in the Android SDK repo, so I removed such references.
