Description
This was missing from the impl of "[RFC-1051] APM endpoint resource renaming". Note that this only covers the non-default and uncommon scenario where DD_APPSEC_ENABLED=true; the normal way to enable appsec is via remote config. However, this is what the RFC prescribes.
