Bug report

I recently tried to update the installed version of this extension from 1.16.0 to 1.17.1. I had to roll back because my logs were being spammed with:

[15-abr-2026 15:37:47 UTC] [ddtrace] [error] [136454] The to be propagated tag '_dd.p.ksr=0,001' value is invalid and is thus dropped.

Note, the abr (for April) for a Spanish or Portuguese locale.

The unexpected (for datadog) comma makes me think I can force the LC_NUMERIC to get a period but that has risks. This issue seems to be something this extension should handle internally?

Tell me if you need any more details. This is a pretty awesome project; unfortunately that means I rarely need to debug it and therefore barely know what extra details you would need from me.
