Fix the plugin CODEOWNERS entries to use `dd-trace` instead of `ddtrace`, matching the actual package path. This restores ownership coverage missed by the typo introduced in 11a099c and makes the redundant per-test entries unnecessary.

What does this PR do?
Fixes the CODEOWNERS entries in
.github/CODEOWNERSfor thedd-traceplugin paths.The previous entries used
ddtraceinstead ofdd-trace, so those ownership rules did not match the real paths. With the directory-level entries corrected, the redundant per-test plugin entries are no longer needed and can be removed.Motivation
This corrects a spelling mistake introduced in
11a099c, which left the intendedCODEOWNERScoverage for the plugin directories ineffective.
