Remove the source map cache used to reduce disk-access the first time a Dynamic Instrumentation probe is applied in a running process.

This is the second attempt at a workaround for a bug in Node.js core, that sometimes triggers when, among other things, a timer is created (the first attempt is #5290). This makes the call to
