What does this PR do?
Migrate the integration tests from https://github.com/DataDog/datadog-lambda-go/tree/main/tests/integration_tests
As the first step, we just add a daily github action.
Once we verify it's working as expected, we will try make it run on each PR.
Motivation
This is a PR following #3943
