What does this PR do?
This PR introduces a script that automatically updates NATIVE_SDK_VERSIONS.md with the current triad of versions (React Native SDK, iOS SDK and Android SDK) whenever the SDK is bumped to a new version.

Motivation
We need a simple and public way to see which versions of the native SDKs are being used with each version of the React Native SDK. This list should also be automatically generated and maintaned.
