What does this PR do?
This PR adds
closestaging repo step which is necessary for the upload to be visible in the new Central Publisher portal.closeSonatypeStagingRepositoryis not module-specific, but is created only for the root project, but this is fine for our setup, because each CI job will create unique repo.Also staging profile ID is put back, apparently it stays the same.
