What does this PR do?

  • Updates secrets names on the Github Workflow

Motivation

  • Easier maintanenaince in the future

Additional Notes

  • Remove previous github Secrets from the repo
    • CONFLUENCE_BASE_URL
    • ATLASSIAN_USERNAME
    • ATLASSIAN_API_TOKEN
