Describe the bug

Our startup times have been lower than expected since 2.6.0. We call Rum.enable in Application#onCreate

Reproduction steps

Feb 11

• We rolled out a change that had an expected increase in startup times
• We observed higher than normal startup times.

Feb 25

• Upgraded to 2.6.0
• Startup times are now lower than than before Feb 11
• Firebase Performance shows no drop in startup times
