Updates the vendored Tree-sitter Dart grammar source used by static-analysis-kernel’s build script, switching from a forked repository/commit to the official upstream repository now that ABI 14-only constraints are no longer needed (per the notes referencing #909).
Changes:
- Switch
tree-sitter-dartrepository URL from the fork toUserNobody14/tree-sitter-dart. - Update the pinned Dart grammar commit hash to
02e9bb191c7cb6c73cbd9e09a5d089e4496f9cff. - Remove fork/ABI-14-specific inline comments that are no longer applicable.
