👋 Thanks for this! Indeed now that 4.0.0 is out we want to switch over to non-preview headers.
I'm also planning on removing the preview headers soon.

What does this PR do?
Imports headers for Ruby 4.0.0
Motivation:
We've got some preview headers, but I figured we might want headers for the official release: https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/news/2025/12/25/ruby-4-0-0-released/
