Release v5.21.0 bumps package versions uniformly across all 16 packages (5.20.1 → 5.21.0) with no runtime code changes. All package.json files are valid JSON with consistent versioning. This is a standard release tagging commit where all feature/fix code was previously merged into master via PRs #2393–#2397.
