Describe the bug
Devices aren't appearing when I click the menu in the bottom-right corner.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Devices' (Bottom-Right)
- Click on it.
- Devices doesn't show up, instead it shows enable
<platform>for this project
I noticed this today on master 3.33.0-1.0.pre-1123. It wasn’t happening yesterday on 3.33.0-1.0.pre-1094. Stable is fine.
Expected behavior
It should show the list of devices.

I also noticed that even though VSCode and IntelliJ are installed, they don’t show up in the flutter doctor output on the master channel. The output seems slightly different. Not sure if this is related to the issue with devices not appearing (which asks to enable a platform). Filing Issue in SDK tracker for this. Thanks!
