This PR proposes improvements to the various batch scripts that are being used. Instead, they've been converted into shell scripts.
Script Improvements
.batscripts and re-wrote them with shell scriptspull_xdeltapulls the xdelta executable files. Included as part ofbuild_z64scriptbuild_z64combines executions ofpatch.batandxdelta - apply original.batbuild/pull_ssb_file_injectorpulls the file injector libraries instead of keeping them in the repoRelease Automation Process
