This is a completeley re-developed version of the module to work with DNN 9.2.2+

Changes made

• written in C#
• DAL2
• Moved 2 settings (Vote Tracking method, Survey Results) to Permissions (Participate, View results)
• Added setting "Survey Type" (Survey or Quiz)
• Added setting "Display end date"
• Added setting "Display privacy and terms consent"
• Use ChartJS for displaying result charts
• Change Cookie name when results are deleted (Version setting)
• Added an anonymous GUID per submission to identify which answers were provided by the same user
• Questions and answers sortable by Drag and Drop
• Added free text answers
• etc.
