Fix the copy of the default image when adding a Repository module on a page
This caused mangling the website dlls and made testing builds impossible.
Removed "copy local" on most nuget packages
This mangled any testing website not using those exact versions
Removed additional "copy local" from nuget packages
This was a hack for old IE versions which nobody should use anymore. Closes #50
