Resolves a reflection exception
Fixed an issue where file mode would fail the logs.

WCAG 2.0 barks at duplicate IDs on the same page. The ID of the LI element was not actually used by anything so this PR removes it.
Removed ID from list-item
Implemented stylecop, deleted some unused code, refactored and documented methods to please stylecop rules.
Cleaned-up some code for v8.0.1
