Describe the bug

When trying to edit a link, the url on the edit button has extra characters that prevent it from working properly

• DNN: 09.02.00
• Module: 07.00.00

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a page that has links
2. Click on the edit icon next to a link
3. See error: A potentially dangerous Request.Path value was detected from the client (<).

Expected behavior

The link editor should show up
