Referrer and UserAgent are reversed in the database

• Module: 06.06.01

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Submit feedback
2. Check the Feedback table in the database
3. Notice the UserAgent info is in the Referrer column
4. Notice the Referrer info is in the UserAgent column

Expected behavior

Should be in the proper place
