            <description><![CDATA[<p>9月27日，据《多维》报道，拜登（Joe Biden）上台后，笔者曾在文章《拜登应重新审视孟晚舟案》一文中提到，化解和中国的外交僵局关键还要靠加拿大自己，但帮助加拿大解决孟晚舟案这样一个政治案件，则该由该案的发起者和操控方美国出面。化解方式主要还是政治介入，比如撤销对孟晚舟的引渡要求。</p>




<p>此次孟晚舟获释回到中国，就是拜登密切协调加拿大特鲁多（Justin Trudeau）政府，幕后和中国政府通过外交方式取得的成果。</p>

<p>2020年12月，拜登胜选后，美国司法部便开始和孟晚舟的代表开展谈判，以孟晚舟认罪而换取签署延期起诉协议（DPA），从而让孟晚舟回到中国。不过，从2021年9月24日美国司法部公布的声明来看，孟晚舟签署DPA，承认误导了金融机构，也就是美国纽约法院的一些“陈述性事实”，但她并没有认罪。</p>

<p>但是孟晚舟确实逃脱了美国法院的牢狱之灾，这也是不争的事实，也证明了北京的胜利。这其中的关键就在于中国手里攥着加拿大的两名人质，康明凯和斯帕弗。北京抓住这两个人质，其实就等于抓住了美国和加拿大的软肋。尽管全球都知道这就是中共一场以抓捕人质来对抗西方法治的原始丛林手段，但在重视国民生命的西方，却是极其有用的一招。于是美国妥协了，加拿大苟且了，孟晚舟穿着红裙子在深圳凯旋了，而两位被中国关押三年，被指为“证据确凿、事实清楚”的加拿大“间谍”，也在孟晚舟登上中共为其准备的专机30分后，莫名其妙地获释了，从中国暗无天日的黑监狱，走上了飞往加拿大的旅途。</p>

<p>中国人民大学的客座教授李毅，又在仰天狂笑了。他此前给北京高层出的主意就是，如果加拿大不放孟晚舟，就继续抓人质，西方敢抓中共一人，中共就抓西方十人。现在，李大教授的政治理论已经实践成功，看来在未来的中西冷战中，这位被称为“龟头李”的教授也肯定会派上大用场，要成为胡鞍钢那一级的重要国师了！</p>

            <title><![CDATA[德国周日举行议会选举 花落谁家及如何组阁仍有许多悬念]]></title>
            <description><![CDATA[<p>9月27日，据美国之音报道，德国选民星期天（9月26日）参加联邦议院（bundestag）的选举。此次大选意味着长达16年的梅克尔（angela merkel）总理的时代将终结。由于民调显示目前没有一个政党能拿到多数票，因此选举结果公布后各政党谈判组阁不可避免。</p>




<p>据美联社等报道说，选前的民调显示，周日的选举的几个政党的得票非常接近。默克尔总理所在的中间偏右的由基督教民主联盟（基民）和巴伐利亚基督教社会联盟（基社）组成的联盟党，由基民盟的党主席拉舍特担任总理候选人，获得22%的支持度。中间偏左的社会民主党（社民党）由现任财政部长兼副总理肖尔茨（olaf scholz）为候选人，在近期反超，略微领先，为25%。左翼的绿党（grüne）有近16%支持率，自民党（fdp）和选项党（afd）则都在11%左右。</p>

<p>根据目前局势，没有任何一个党派有望在选举中获得明显的领先优势，更不可能获得议会多数席位，因此这次德国大选仍有许多悬念。</p>

            <description><![CDATA[<p>9月27日，据万维读者网（Creaders.net）记者丹尼斯综合报道：尽管孟晚舟已经向纽约地方法院承认了在与伊朗交易中误导国际机构，而且渉嫌银行欺诈，只是没有说出“认罪”二字。而美国也因此有了判刑的基本事实依据，就只差孟大小姐从加拿大的千万豪宅移步美国阴森的监狱了。但是事情此时却意外反转，孟晚舟获释，案件延后审理，并让她回到了“祖国”的怀抱。尽管有人认为“祖国”已经将她放在了“杀猪榜”上，等待她的也不永远是回国时的拥抱和鲜花。而让微信上的一时欢腾、喧闹，只不过是当局给爱国阿Q们在九月的秋风中打的一剂鸡血。更兼这位曾经被捕三年的“民族英雄”的真假上面本来就心知肚明，其所以花血本将他赎回，只不过是担心，本来就身在曹营心在汉的孟大小姐，万一像朝鲜间谍金贤姬落在韩国手里那般，落在美帝手里，她接着再来一个华丽的转身，那对党国就大大的不利了。</p>




<p>但是孟晚舟确实逃脱了美国法院的牢狱之灾，这也是不争的事实，也证明了北京的胜利。这其中的关键就在于中国手里攥着加拿大的两名人质，康明凯和斯帕弗。北京抓住这两个人质，其实就等于抓住了美国和加拿大的软肋。尽管全球都知道这就是中共一场以抓捕人质来对抗西方法治的原始丛林手段，但在重视国民生命的西方，却是极其有用的一招。于是美国妥协了，加拿大苟且了，孟晚舟穿着红裙子在深圳凯旋了，而两位被中国关押三年，被指为“证据确凿、事实清楚”的加拿大“间谍”，也在孟晚舟登上中共为其准备的专机30分后，莫名其妙地获释了，从中国暗无天日的黑监狱，走上了飞往加拿大的旅途。</p>

<p>中国人民大学的客座教授李毅，又在仰天狂笑了。他此前给北京高层出的主意就是，如果加拿大不放孟晚舟，就继续抓人质，西方敢抓中共一人，中共就抓西方十人。现在，李大教授的政治理论已经实践成功，看来在未来的中西冷战中，这位被称为“龟头李”的教授也肯定会派上大用场，要成为胡鞍钢那一级的重要国师了！</p>
