<p>漫威（Marvel）首部華人超級英雄電影《尚氣與十環幫傳奇》（Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings）今日（3日）在美國公映。該片原本也定於9月在內地上映，惟至今仍未得到國家廣電總局的電影公映許可證，上檔無期。不過，電影預告片公開後，觀眾反應劣評如潮。有美國媒體評論稱，如果失去內地票房，《尚氣》收入將大受影響。</p>

<p>美國消費者新聞與商業頻道（CNBC）報導指，自2012年的《復仇者聯盟》上映以來，中國一直是漫威電影第二大票房來源，僅次於北美。</p>

<p>CNBC公佈的統計數據顯示，自2013年上映《鐵甲奇俠3》以來，幾乎在每一部漫威宇宙系列電影的總票房收入中，中國內地票房均佔至少10%；2019年上映的《復仇者聯盟4：終局之戰》，更有高達22%的票房收入來自中國內地。</p>

<p>針對日本防衛副大臣中山泰秀8日表示，日本會把台灣的和平穩定「當作自己的事」，在北京，外交部發言人趙立堅今天稱，日本政客的涉台言論極其荒謬，是十分危險的動向。中方對此表示強烈不滿和堅決反對，已經向日方提出嚴正交涉。</p>

<p><strong>指「地理鄰近」邏輯十分危險</strong></p>

<p>趙立堅今日在外交部記者會上稱，日本軍國主義分子發動對外侵略戰爭，就把「地理鄰近」作為主要藉口。在21世紀的今天，日本「竟然還有一股勢力鼓吹這一邏輯，這是十分危險的動向」。</p>

<p>趙立堅稱，中方要對此表示高度警惕，尤其在台灣問題上，日本對中國人民「負有歷史罪責」，更應謹言慎行。日方應立即停止干涉中國內政，不得以任何形式損害中國主權，不得以任何形式向台獨勢力發出錯誤訊號。</p>

<p>自內地稅務總局要求各地稅務機關加大對明星藝人及網絡主播等查稅力度後，今日（11日）首個網紅公開補稅案例披露，鄭州追徵一名網紅的662.44萬元（人民幣，下同）稅款。分析指，這是稅務總局首次公開網絡主播偷逃稅案例，並且案件仍在調查中，宣告近期稅務部門展開網絡主播稅收檢查進入實質性階段，在年底前網絡主播自查自糾申報納稅可以減罰免罰優惠政策下，預計會有一波網絡主播補稅潮。</p>

<p>據《鄭州晚報》報導，日前，鄭州市金水區稅務局運用大數據實現信息系統自動提取數據，加大文娛領域從業人員稅收徵管力度，在通過「自然人電子稅務局」平台對彙繳欠稅數據的例行監測中，該局稅政二股在系統內查詢到，文化路稅務分局有一筆2020年彙算清繳的大額欠稅有疑團。經過層層聯絡，工作人員了解到該納稅人為一名網絡主播，已離職前往北京。</p>

<p>報道稱，這名納稅人和文化路稅務分局取得了聯繫，當即表態服從稅收管理，清繳稅款。但是由於本人在北京，受銀行限額的規定，稅款不能一次性繳納，需要逐日分批支付。截至目前，這名納稅人分15筆結清了稅款，共補交稅款634.66萬元，滯納金27.78萬元，合計662.44萬元。</p>

<p>自內地稅務總局要求各地稅務機關加大對明星藝人及網絡主播等查稅力度後，今日（11日）首個網紅公開補稅案例披露，鄭州追徵一名網紅的662.44萬元（人民幣，下同）稅款。分析指，這是稅務總局首次公開網絡主播偷逃稅案例，並且案件仍在調查中，宣告近期稅務部門展開網絡主播稅收檢查進入實質性階段，在年底前網絡主播自查自糾申報納稅可以減罰免罰優惠政策下，預計會有一波網絡主播補稅潮。</p>

<p>據《鄭州晚報》報導，日前，鄭州市金水區稅務局運用大數據實現信息系統自動提取數據，加大文娛領域從業人員稅收徵管力度，在通過「自然人電子稅務局」平台對彙繳欠稅數據的例行監測中，該局稅政二股在系統內查詢到，文化路稅務分局有一筆2020年彙算清繳的大額欠稅有疑團。經過層層聯絡，工作人員了解到該納稅人為一名網絡主播，已離職前往北京。</p>

<p>報道稱，這名納稅人和文化路稅務分局取得了聯繫，當即表態服從稅收管理，清繳稅款。但是由於本人在北京，受銀行限額的規定，稅款不能一次性繳納，需要逐日分批支付。截至目前，這名納稅人分15筆結清了稅款，共補交稅款634.66萬元，滯納金27.78萬元，合計662.44萬元。</p>
