            <title><![CDATA[四間公共事業工會要求明年至少加薪5%]]></title>
            <description><![CDATA[<img src="https://images-news.now.com/newsimage/NewsImage/SALARY-PC-211127-15.jpg" referrerpolicy="no-referrer"><p>工聯會轄下港燈、中華媒氣、中電和電盈，四間公司的工會上月訪問約1640名員工，發現六成一員工今年只加薪1至2%，追不上通脹。</p><p>其中中華煤氣的工會指，公司去年盈利達60億元，股東派息與以往水平相若，但員工並無獲得加薪，認為企業盈利是員工辛勞所得，做法不合理。</p><p>中電的工會就指，中電來年加電費的幅度高於員工的加薪，不能夠接受。</p><p>中華電力公司華員職工會主席吳潤鴻：「至於電費加價，中電今年說要加5.8%，但是因為這些因素，加5.8%將所有盈利全部給股東，幫你們賺這筆錢的員工呢？有沒有加薪？所以我們要求加5%其實不算過份。」</p><p></p><p></p>]]></description>
