            <description><![CDATA[<p data-pid="TQ5YtE6R">大公主仅仅只是说了“盈利能力增强了”，但华为的净利润究竟为何会出现增长？</p><p data-pid="TgaJO1Gq">大公主却只字未提。</p><p data-pid="3Ij6iers">根据华为公布的年报显示，2021年，华为的净利润为1137亿元，营业利润率（19.1%）则比2020年的营业利润率（8.1%）实现了翻倍。</p><p data-pid="XDPwpbHZ">然鹅，在华为的年报中，还有一项并不起眼的附件：“其他净收支”。其中，Top 2的两项净收入分别为：处置子公司及业务的净收益（574.31亿元）、政府补助（25.71亿元）。仅此两项，在华为2021年净利润中的比重就高达52.8%。</p><p data-pid="GFu5Eowy">尤其是值得指出的是，处置子公司及业务的净收益（574.31亿元）主要来自出售荣耀手机。那么，这些钱都是由谁来买单的呢？</p><p data-pid="N9wdBFqz">2020年11月，华为正式宣布出售荣耀。当时，为了避免荣耀手机破产而导致深圳供应商的破产连锁反应，深圳市智信新信息技术有限公司与华为签署了收购协议，由“智信新”作为收购方，完成对华为荣耀品牌相关业务资产的全面收购<sup data-draft-node="inline" data-draft-type="reference" data-numero="1" data-text="华为在完成出售后，不再持有新荣耀公司的任何股份。" data-url="">[1]</sup>。</p><p data-pid="qUq7fusR">实际上，在华为出售荣耀2个月之前（2020年9月27日）才紧急成立的智信新，其股东仅包括2家机构：深圳国资委全资控股的深圳市智慧城市科技发展集团持股<b>98.6%</b>、深圳国资协同发展私募基金合伙企业<sup data-draft-node="inline" data-draft-type="reference" data-numero="2" data-text="该基金出资人主要为天音通信、苏宁易购等30余家荣耀代理商和经销商。" data-url="">[2]</sup>持股1.4%。</p><p data-pid="bXOPcK2e">显然，与其说是“深圳国资携30余家供应商联手接盘”，还不如说是深圳国资委在用纳税人的钱为濒临破产<sup data-draft-node="inline" data-draft-type="reference" data-numero="3" data-text="收购方在联合声明宣称，此次收购是荣耀相关产业链发起的一场“自救和市场化投资”。" data-url="">[3]</sup>的荣耀买单。</p><p data-pid="3nsVIi_g">到了2021年，同样的剧情又在华为X86服务器部门上演了一遍。而这一次接盘的，则是河南国资委。</p><p data-pid="6yxyfNq8">也就是说，大公主口中所说的“盈利能力增强了”，实际上大部分都是来自于纳税人的钱。</p><p data-pid="oO2MdGw6">如果考虑到手机业务熄火之后的华为主要依靠国内运营商的5G政治任务来“输血”（保命）的因素，那么，这个“盈利能力增强了”的money来源，就更加充满了铽奢煮意。</p><p data-pid="5Z2gVkWq">另一方面，“大跃进”式、大规模上马的5G政治任务，不仅没有实现国内网络的实质性提升<sup data-draft-node="inline" data-draft-type="reference" data-numero="4" data-text="实际上，5G目前宣传的“业务”大多都是在4G的延长线上进行创新，缺乏真正的创新。不仅由于网络能力和产业链发展没有达到预期，XR、全息、车联网这些寄予厚望的业务也未取得突破性进展；而且5G在单一行业的应用深度也存在严重不足。" data-url="">[4]</sup>，反而出现了下降。甚至，还出现了为了给5G“拉客”而强制对4G网络进行降速、甚至裁撤4G基站的骚操作。</p><p data-pid="cESG9vr2">实际上，从2019年开始，国内的4G网络就出现了大范围、肉眼可见的降速和信号等一系列问题<sup data-draft-node="inline" data-draft-type="reference" data-numero="5" data-text="使用4G网络时的速度只有几十Kb、打开图片都需要等个几秒~十几秒，还出现了没信号、甚至信号不满格直接跳转到3G网络的情况。" data-url="">[5]</sup>。</p><p data-pid="s8l8_2b5">对此，华为运营商BG总裁<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/search?q=%E4%B8%81%E8%80%98&amp;search_source=Entity&amp;hybrid_search_source=Entity&amp;hybrid_search_extra=%7B%22sourceType%22%3A%22answer%22%2C%22sourceId%22%3A2175715918%7D" class="internal">丁耘</a>的解释则是，“只要5G用户渗透率足够高，一定会在商业回报上有所体现。”</p><p data-pid="GtqBX4am">嗯，这句话翻译过来就是：</p><figure data-size="normal"><img src="https://pic1.zhimg.com/v2-653406248bc18d5af30e5615f472a634_1440w.jpg" data-rawwidth="3402" data-rawheight="1636" data-size="normal" data-caption="" data-default-watermark-src="https://pic2.zhimg.com/v2-013604852f45dd604c7ccc2f9181227d_b.jpg" class="origin_image zh-lightbox-thumb lazy" data-original="https://pic1.zhimg.com/v2-653406248bc18d5af30e5615f472a634_r.jpg" data-actualsrc="https://pic1.zhimg.com/v2-653406248bc18d5af30e5615f472a634_b.jpg" referrerpolicy="no-referrer"></figure><p></p>]]></description>

data-pid="vonnElJL">只是因为这个女士将一个本该被回收的纸箱，放错了垃圾箱...</p><p class="ztext-empty-paragraph"><br></p><p data-pid="2YT_PhY1">关键是在于，英国垃圾分类<b>的琐碎程度，易错性，初来乍到的同学尤其不擅长应对。</b></p><p data-pid="PP7tdF9l">之前有位同学在收到大件包裹后，还记得纸箱是可回收垃圾，就把直接外包装纸箱丢在flat的垃圾屋里可回收垃圾处，纸箱上邮寄地址都还没撕，（多么像国内拆快递的同学们呀~），结果没过多久就收到了垃圾回收站的警告函。说这类大纸箱全都要剪成小块，如果下回再犯错，直接扣取50镑罚金。</p><figure data-size="normal"><img data-pid="Na2plQmN">结果没隔多久就收到了政府的调查信，3封，传他们去法庭。吓得不得了。最后说尽好话，才没事。再犯错就是真要上法庭+不菲的罚款。</p><p class="ztext-empty-paragraph"><br></p><p data-pid="qLuQWcQk">如果是居住的Flat小区或者学生公寓，强一点，毕竟有公用垃圾桶和垃圾屋。但是要是独居的House，垃圾箱有门牌号的，想鱼目混珠不行了，垃圾分类不到位，工作人员给张黄条直接不收，情况严重那就直接警告+罚款。</p><figure data-size="normal"><img data-pid="OEhOa7av">如果怕到时候迷迷糊糊不懂，可以选择住学生公寓，或者找找有没有没有垃圾分类的小区，有的学生公寓是统一收取，再分类（垃圾管理费不菲哦），具体就看各个学校是怎么安排的啦~</p><p class="ztext-empty-paragraph"><br></p><p             <description><![CDATA[<p data-pid="ywRiE-DS">谢邀。</p><p data-pid="A6JhWvoX">大约在征服153年，坦格利安家族的最后一头龙死亡了，从此坦格利安王朝进入了长达一百三十余年的“无龙”时代。随着“无龙”时代开始，许多问题也接踵而至，其中之一便是坦格利安家族如何凭借王领的直辖土地威震七国，维持统治。</p><p data-pid="kwhxn0T4">在此之前，坦格利安们已经统治了六国长达153年，几乎是五代人的时间。这是个什么概念呢？这意味着那些经历了伊耿征服，对臣服抱有怨言的人早在爷爷辈就死完了，当今活着的人们自出生起便生活在坦格利安的统治下。七国争雄？那只是书本中遥远的历史，比起那些记载不甚详细的战乱攻伐，人们或许对戴蒙亲王在狭海留下的传说更感兴趣，而伊耿和杰赫里斯两位贤王对大陆发展所做的贡献也让六国人民铭记在心。</p><p data-pid="CxlinsTx">除此之外，也不要忘了坦格利安家族早在伊耿征服时期便安排下的忠实盟友风暴地和河湾地。奥里斯·拜拉席恩的身份不必多说，而提利尔家族得以入主高庭，也是靠坦格利安在背后撑腰。想造反？佛罗伦随时等着上位。</p><p data-pid="acRvX3ll">然而底蕴与盟友也并非万全之策，不可否认，在处理与封臣的关系一事上，坦格利安从此必须比之前更谨慎了。我一直有个观点，瓦列利安家族的衰落与龙的灭亡有关：尽管埃林有重振家族的能力，但坦格利安已经没有从前的大杀器了，因此必须倚重更为重要的封臣而非瓦列利安这样在内战中遭受重创且只有“一技之长”的诸侯。</p><p data-pid="vCXGqpK1">当然，诸王亦非圣明，他们也有犯错的时候。戴伦二世将多恩并入王国，六国变为七国。他完成了祖先未竟的事业，却也让多恩人放肆地扩大了他们在朝中的影响力。为什么在河湾地有那么多诸侯支持黑火？我想这和君临亲近多恩人是分不开的。</p><p data-pid="25mI6iXe">戴伦并非唯一一个，伊耿五世也差点铸下大错。他的长子“矮个”邓肯王子深爱荒石城的简妮，竟为了后者背弃了与“狂笑风暴”莱昂诺之女的婚约。震怒的公爵随后自立为风暴王。好在公爵并非真心反叛，而伊耿五世处理得当，否则坦格利安就要少一个忠实的盟友了。</p><p data-pid="QjNhq2A3">最后坦格利安王朝灭亡于伊里斯二世之手。这是他活该——没有王朝能够在犯了如此多的错误之后还能延续：伊耿亲自册封的三个封君，他得罪了一个，丢了一个；七国史上最好的首相之一，他也给得罪了，连同首相背后那个强大的家族；一北一南两国，南边的是戴伦二世亲自收服的，北边的从来与世无争，他儿子一下俩都得罪了；还有个谷地，也向来是坦格利安忠实的封臣，打黑火的时候出了不少力，结果也被逼得造反。所以说如果疯王没有疯，坦格利安可能还能继续延续130年，但可惜出了个疯王，那就算三头龙都在，恐怕也无力回天。</p>]]></description>

            <title><![CDATA[喵教授赞同了回答: 三十岁一事无成是种怎样的体验？]]></title>
            <description><![CDATA[<p data-pid="l17hXUMu">93年出生，来自江苏扬州的一个小县城（某个农村）。16年机电专业毕业。。。小时候做了小手术，滥用抗生素，导致听力下降，左耳50分贝，右耳也是50分贝。。。。</p><p data-pid="FLzxKCYx">毕业后，找工作也挺费劲的，记得第一次在苏州昆山面试，设计师工作，笔试画图过了，面试挂了，没听得清楚，被拒绝了。其实面试了也不少，要么做体检（听力检测）一项没过，要么面试没过，毕竟工厂噪音大，面试官也考虑到听力问题。后来，面试了无数个相关，工作心灰意冷地就回老家了，跟父母谈大城市找工作不好找，毕竟听力较差。跟父母说，想着回老家从事农业种田算了，换来的是父母的批评与打击吧，父母觉得我心高气傲、不脚踏实地。</p><p data-pid="z3MIcWch">父亲通过家里的亲戚安排一份工作，是泰州的工厂做工人了，16年8月干到17年3月底吧，工厂的噪音比较大，每日都很枯燥，每天耳朵里会出现耳鸣，有时候会耳痛，身心疲惫，上班无精打采。总是想着赶紧下班，回家租的房子就是睡觉。。。。</p><p data-pid="Q_IUpC-A">17年6月到18年9月底，做了健身行业，也做过教练，做过会籍，也带领过团队。做得不咋滴。。。感觉不适合这行业。</p><figure data-size="normal"><img data-pid="n6tuS2wq">18年10月到19年1月底，回到老家转了一圈，跟父母商量承包农田搞农业，父母不同意觉得这是没出息的行业，叫我不要回农村发展。。。后来就去了扬州市区，租了小房间，记得月租好像是500块钱吧，就这样稀里糊涂地躺平三四个月。</p><p data-pid="q7qi5Qhl">19年2月没回家过年，也不想回家过年，也不知道回家过年说啥，无非就是批评我不好好地找个工作上班，批评我不上进，就这样吧。</p><p data-pid="kJvwW_iy">19年3月份回老家小县城去汽车配件制造工厂找了一份工作是质量检测员，工资到手是4500到5500，两个星期两班倒，一开始是在压铸车辆做检测员，检测压铸产品的质量问题，就是检测有木有气泡、尺寸差、外观。每日的工作也很枯燥，压铸车间温度比较高，尤其是夏季，每天都流汗，热得不行了，每天都带着头盔，穿劳保鞋，带着口罩 （压铸车间有异味，就是那种焦味），还要长袖（不能穿短袖，压铸产品特别烫，容易不小心碰到产品，要带两层大手套拿产品）</p><p data-pid="czSq0I9u">后来数控检测部缺人，调我过去，数控检测部工作比压铸检测部轻松多了，至少没有异味，温度不高，上夜班的时候只要完成检测工作，就可以睡觉休息，可以休息四五个小时。</p><p data-pid="tEN281pR">就这样一直干到20年9月底。。。</p><p data-pid="sX4R2NPE">20年10月份，有驾驶证，想找个师傅练习一下，花钱1000元，学了10天，每天练习两个小时。10月底，买了哈弗H6手动挡，因为手动挡比较便宜 ，优惠了两万。就买了，贷款了3万，分期一年。当然还清了。</p><figure data-size="normal"><img data-pid="6xYn238f">21年3月份在扬州上班，一直干到去年12月。做得也是普通工作，就是检测员，工资也不高，到手就6500到7500左右吧。后来跟家里父母商量，直接回家乡下种田了，当然没有找到合适的农田，本来计划要承包一百五十亩。</p><p data-pid="QRe0TkBu">就承包了25亩地。。。当然跟知乎大佬没法比，丢人了哈</p><figure data-pid="rlLIB3O4">今年六月底还去了徐州丰县，找老同学叙叙旧，他从上海回丰县休息一段时间，因为上海上半年疫情太严重了。对了，他老家是丰县大沙河的，他也带回了宠物大肥猫(16斤哈 )。他也是做健身教练了，比我惨，没赚到钱，还赔本，因为前年他和朋友在上海开了一家健身工作室，是在普陀区。当然现在也挺乐观的</p><figure data-size="normal"><img             <description><![CDATA[<p data-pid="3sMvNDGe">司马氏篡位不适合视为士族与非士族的争斗。田余庆先生的《东晋门阀政治》中描绘了典型的高门士族掌权的逻辑，在东晋这一皇权衰落的特殊时期，高门士族会互相合作，限制皇权。但是当某一门阀特别强势的时候，比如琅琊王氏的王敦，龙亢桓氏的桓温，其他高门会联合起来反对他们的一家独大，形成了一个微妙的平衡。</p><p data-pid="uyqw66Yj">但是三国甚至西晋时期的政治格局并非如此，士庶分野并没有那么严格。之前曾经写过，东晋时期的高门颍川庾氏、河南褚氏、陈郡谢氏等，在三国西晋时期门第都不高。</p><a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/550733356/answer/2653600348" data-draft-node="block" data-draft-type="link-card" class="internal">东晋时想成为世家很难吗?</a><p data-pid="jIfzmjZV">既然这一时期，还有不少家族有提升门第的机会，可见上升通道还是较为丰富的。所以，其实无论司马懿还是其反对者里，都无法简单用是否是士族来归因他们的政治行为。比如与司马懿对立的曹爽一党，邓飏是东汉建立起长期显贵首屈一指的高门南阳邓氏出身，太傅邓禹之后。毕轨同样也是士族，东平毕氏出身，家族一直到唐朝依然有较高地位。桓范更是东汉后期至东晋都极为显赫的谯国桓氏成员（不过谯郡或者谯国汉魏之交才始建置，东汉时期属于沛国）。此后反对司马氏的令狐愚、王凌属于太原令狐氏和太原王氏，诸葛诞属于琅琊诸葛氏，也都是当时显赫的士族。而当时名士代表，竹林七贤中的陈留阮氏阮籍，谯郡嵇氏的嵇康同样对司马氏表达出不合作的态度，嵇康最终惨遭杀害。另有许允，涉嫌亲近李丰被流放，也是“世冠族“高阳许氏成员，唐朝时期宰相许敬宗便是其后裔（当时已经沦为二流士族，依靠亲近武后位居高位）。</p><p data-pid="W4RlJgBA">曾看到有些人总结认为曹爽一党的鲁芝、辛敞得以免死，是因为他们出自高门扶风鲁氏和陇西辛氏，背后人际关系盘根错结。然而前文提到的几位反对司马氏的士族成员，大多都是夷三族的下场并不能因为出身免祸，而出身寒门的王基则同样免死之后又和鲁芝、辛敞一样重新得到重用。</p><p data-pid="nddR4CDX">乃至后世虞预评价司马懿的时候，竟然也有重用寒门这一条：</p><blockquote data-pid="0PmkXsnN">宣帝上虽服膺文艺。以儒素立德。而雅有雄霸之量。值魏氏短祚。内外多难。谋而鲜过。举必独克。知人拔善。显扬侧陋。王基、邓艾、州泰、贾越之徒。皆起自寒门而著绩于朝。经略之才。可谓远矣。御览九十五。</blockquote><p data-pid="eE208LjI">值得注意的是，田余庆先生在《东晋门阀政治》中强调，门阀政治是东晋时期一种特殊的产物，此后的南朝此前的东汉魏晋，士族虽然存在然而都无法压过皇权。用“门阀政治“政治的逻辑去分析这些时期，本就是”门阀政治“提出者田余庆先生所不认可的。就前面的分析上来说，很难看出有一个基于门阀的一致行动出来。</p><p data-pid="zcYfwvtI">在先不考虑门阀背景的情况下，桓范、丁谧的共同身份就是家族出身沛国，与包括曹爽在内的诸曹友同乡的情谊。相反家族出自河内郡的山涛，则主动亲近司马氏，与其好友阮籍、嵇康完全不同。可见乡里情谊对政治立场多少有所影响。</p><p data-pid="yfRB-az4">此外，曹爽亲信中，很重要的就是何晏、丁谧、邓飏、毕轨、李胜为代表的原“浮华党”成员。这群人可以总结为当时政坛中少壮派官二代势力，其中丁谧、邓飏等人作风不好而闻名。这群人又想着改革政坛，这一来一往，自然惹得诸多元老不快。虽然何晏等人或许有一定才能，但他们依赖的曹爽确实在难担重任，这就注定造成了其后的悲剧。而大量被曹爽集团得罪的势力，或者早就看他们不爽的，不是高平陵前就暗自与司马懿结交希望司马懿出来匡扶朝政，就是在这一过程中冷眼旁观并不在意再事件过后重新洗牌的过程中分一杯羹。</p><p data-pid="OSnetAwi">然而到了高平陵事变结束之后，司马懿父子位居高位，完全掌握了朝政，那么他们面前的选择其实很窄了，之前 在此文中曾经分析过：</p><a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/334850674/answer/2634123207" data-draft-node="block" data-draft-type="link-card" class="internal">司马昭弑君，究竟是贾充揣度上意还是司马昭直接下的令？</a><blockquote data-pid="T73EcNnp">从帝制时代以来的赵高到曹操，甚至更早的战国时期的田氏代齐、戴氏取宋，一个权臣或者其家族如果到了可以独揽大权、总揽朝政包括兵权的时候，只有两条路可以走，一条就是篡位、一条就是被杀并且是族灭。反面教材典型的就是霍光，老实说霍光实在看不出其本人有任何篡位之心，但其家族权势过大，严重影响了皇权，无法为亲政后的汉宣帝所容，最终结果就是其死后家族以谋反的名义灭族，类似结局的还有<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/search?q=%E6%A2%81%E5%86%80&amp;search_source=Entity&amp;hybrid_search_source=Entity&amp;hybrid_search_extra=%7B%22sourceType%22%3A%22answer%22%2C%22sourceId%22%3A2634123207%7D" class="internal">梁冀</a>、诸吕。</blockquote><p data-pid="uaNnOIXr">可以说，司马氏可以完全掌握了朝政是一系列巧合之后的结果。不是司马懿活得长，当时的老臣里威望最高乃至不喜欢曹爽的都自动围绕在了他的身边，不是曹爽、何晏等人施政时期得罪的人太多，不是曹爽本人能力实在太低外战惨败无法立威，不是曹芳即位时年龄太小又非魏明帝亲子政治基础薄弱，不是司马师能力突出让司马懿感到自己去世后家业可以传承的可能，这些事情有一条不发生，大概率就没有了后面的故事。</p><p data-pid="hVJzq-4K">总之，司马懿支持和反对的集团，是一系列复杂又带有巧合因素形成的，其中士族集体利益、士族集体认同的因素恐怕微乎其微。何晏不是士族，不过是屠户何进之孙，然而即使在他死后，又有多少高门士族不是在学何晏呢？</p>]]></description>
