Describe the bug

There have been many breaking changes in Uno Platform 5.0, which means existing CommunityToolkit packages are no longer compatible with apps that updated to 5.0 and newer.

Steps to reproduce

Create a Uno Platform 5.x app that uses a CommunityToolkit control like `Settings`, it will fail the build.

Expected behavior

Should not fail.
