Describe the bug

After updating the CommunityToolkit.WinUI packages to version 8.1.240328-rc in my Uno application, I encountered the following error on all platforms across multiple xaml pages:

Xaml Internal Error error WMC9999: Type universe cannot resolve assembly: Uno.UI, Version=255.255.255.255, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an Uno app
2. Reference some of the `CommunityToolkit.WinUI` package with the version 8.1.240328-rc
3. Try to run the app

Expected behavior

The project should launch without any needed workarounds.
