Description:

The pie chart doesn't have the chart description field.

How to reproduce:

1. Create a pie chart
2. Go to Settings > General Settings > Title
3. There is only a title field.

Expected behaviour:

The pie chart should have the chart description field like other charts

Current behaviour:

The pie chart doesn't have the chart description field.
