When building CH with msan flags you get warnings from protoc (as it's built with the flags):
cc @alexey-milovidov Will need to update the submodule to update the branch once merged, which could be done as part of ClickHouse/ClickHouse#32484 (the failure is not related to the changes there, but I got it while investigating the issues in that PR)
