We already have this trick inside our glibc-compatibility library. Now it is moved directly to libc++abi. Cross-ported from: ClickHouse/libcxxabi#1 (cherry picked from commit dc2f888)

I've identified this list of PRs which were merged to the branch
ClickHouse/release/15.x. So far I've cherry-picked only one of them without conflicts and trying to evaluate how to proceed further with others.
