Fast testNormally this is the first check that is ran for a PR. It builds ClickHouse and runs most of stateless functional tests, omitting some. Is it really useful to have this spamming all the time?

You think that's too much? It writes this log no more than once every 10 seconds. We can increase it to 1 minute I think.
