ClickHouse/sysroot#28 . Also changed llvm-project-cmake/CMakeLists.txt because it didn't compile because of some quirk in llvm's cmake files (exposed because musl stopped defining lseek64() if _LARGEFILE64_SOURCE is not defined).

This + #68312 make stack traces work with musl.
