Check failures looks like some kind of inner CI issue, since in the latest commit only comment had been added for the option. |

Too much failures due to #30193, I wish it has force-test label, but I will do a rebase instead.

Sometimes we see that pretty simple queries like CREATE DATABASE can take > 30 seconds, let's try to disable fsync.
