Fails not too often
reproduce:
./tests/clickhouse-test -b ~/clickhouse --no-random-settings --client-option max_threads=1 remote_filesystem_read_method=read -- 00014_filtering_arrays
Some random settings may 'fix' test back, haven't yet figured out which one
