Is there any plan to implement window function nth_value in the near future? We'd like to use it. #26112
Description
In some of our scenarios, use nth_value can be more convenient for developers, saving them from writing much more codes. Though, I have an implementation of this function in WindowTransform.cpp that satisfy ourselves' usage, I'm thinking it's better to ask community if there's plan to implement it. Or I can create a pull request.
