Reviewed the documentation update. The change is narrowly scoped to correcting the agents.db path in CLAUDE.md after the #13392 layout change, and the new wording is more explicit because it includes the unified path plus concrete macOS examples. I don't see a blocking issue in the current revision. LGTM.
