Bug Description

在New API开启后有时无法识别并列出New API中的模型
New API版本：v0.10.6-alpha.4、v0.11.2(latest)

Steps To Reproduce

1. 打开并填写New API端点

2. 在编程工具中无法找到New API中的模型

甚至在OpenCode中也无法找到对应模型

但是却可以在Codex中找到

3.有时可以通过在New API的管理处添加所有模型后有概率可以恢复，可以在Claude Code和Opencode中找到对应模型，但因概率问题暂时未保存截图

Expected Behavior

可以正常刷新出New API对应的模型
