Turning the knob with 1V unit at 3.6V screen will show target 3.3V. However, the output voltage will stay at 3.6V. Similar issue at 3.4, 3.5, 3.7 V ..... Anything with a 3 in front.

Seem like the target is rounded to 3.3V after going under but doesn't send this request to the PD charger.
