Cannot load M3U playlists with invalid characters

I failed to load an _m3u_ laylist with this line:

..\Dillon\2011 - This Silence Kills [BPC244CD]\03. Dillon ? Thirteen Thirtyfive.flac
```
The question mark most likely originate from some nasty encoding conversion.

This is most likely a Windows specific issue, as in Unix path, this character is valid.

Point is, **listFix** should such a scenario, and not give up.
