Replication steps:

1. Use Crio + PPB + Inspirations so the tutorial videos will show
2. Open a page or post
3. Click an element and then Customize Design to open the Advanced Controls
4. Close the popover
5. Click the ? icon in the DropTab and then Tutorial Videos
6. See bug - Advanced Controls should not be showing on the left side of the panel, nor the Customize Design button
