When using a 'classic' theme (non block theme) and WordPress 6.5 there's a new link in the dashboard under Appearance > Patterns.

The PPB tools do not work in this area at this time. I don't think we should take the time to make them work, because Patterns are not used in the PPB.

I think we should disable the PPB tools from loading in this area. I don't know if we can add a message at the top if the PPB is installed saying something like 'Patterns are not used with the Post and Page Builder. Please create a Block (link to that section) instead'
