I added a new row to a section. When I flipped to text view, I saw the column. I added a heading to the column. When I went back to code view, the column code was gone and the heading changed to a paragraph tag. I've also seen it glitch and turn into h2 class="col-lg-12 col-md-12 col-sm-12 col-xs-12"
