When editing a page if a user selects an animation under the advanced options for an element the animation is set successfully but the editor doesn't seem to be detecting any animations set when opening the advanced options again.

To Reproduce

1. Edit a page or post
2. Click on 'Advanced Control'
3. Click the animations icon
4. Select any animation from the drowpdown.
5. preview the page and see the animation
6. back on the editor Click on 'Advanced Control' and the animations icon and see that it is set to none regardless of the animation being active.

Removing animations also appears to be related, in order to remove an animation after one has been set you have to access Advanced Controls and the animations tab and set it to any animation then back to 'none' in order to remove an animation.
